@Christine Are you sure about your statement that "adiro" seems to be referring to a "condition" rather than to a medication? I tend to disagree with you. Although the “context” mentions “arterial hypertension” and “hypercholesterolemia” as disease symptons of the patient, “adiro” (paradoxically written with lower case letter in this case) could just be the medication required for the treatment of the patient´s condition.
