deteriorarea reactivilor din kitul de calibrare a hemotogiei 4.2 Condiţii de depozitare şi manipulare
A se depozita în poziţie verticală la rece, la temperaturi de 2 - 10°C.
A se păstra la rece, la temperaturi de 2 - 10°C, cel puţin două ore înaintea utilizării cu instrumentul.
Stabil până la data expirării indicată pe etichetă, în condiţii de depozitare la 2 - 10°C (cu pachetul de
reactivi nedeschis).
Amestecaţi noile pachete neperforate răsturnându-le cu grijă până când particulele pătrund în soluţie
şi nu se mai lipesc de sigiliul sau părţile laterale ale godeului. Nu răsturnaţi pachetele care au fost
perforate.
Stabil la temperaturi de 2 - 10°C timp de 56 de zile de la prima utilizare.
Indiciile unei posibile deteriorări sunt reprezentate de ruperea stratului de elastomer de pe pachet
sau de valorile de control în afara domeniului admisibil.
Dacă pachetul de reactivi este deteriorat (şi anume stratul de elastomer este rupt), acesta trebuie aruncat.
