Long OTM Call Spread

Long OTM Call Spread
http://optionsstrategies.blogspot.com/2008/09/bull-spread-lo...

上方 = resistance level (strike price of the call spread); It can also be said that the current market price is lower than resistance level & higher than support level. Setting the strike price at resistance level is therefore setting the contract at OTM price - Out of the Money price.

价差 = spread
买入看涨期权 (Long Call) = long call option
http://wiki.mbalib.com/wiki/买入看涨期权

A call spread (also called a bull spread) comprises a long call at one strike price and a short call at a higher strike price. Both options are for the same expiration. A call spread is an inexpensive alternative to simply buying a call. It has limited upside potential, but income from selling the high-strike call offsets the cost of purchasing the low-strike call.

Considering market price could be near or equal the resistance level, I suggest using Long Call Spread at resistance level instead. Unless you can find the exact prices of the oil then you can use specifically OTM, ITM or ATM.

Look at what I found.

Upside Call : An out-of-the-money call option.

I am more confident to suggest translating 上方买入看涨期权价差 as
Long OTM Call Spread

Thank you for your input, I've posted another question regarding the 2nd half of this sentence, I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at that as well.

Callable CFD

My attempt:

The primary structure of aviation fuel hedging contract is "to buy a callable CFD" while selling a put option at the same time.

CFD = 价差 = Contract for Difference

抛砖引玉。

I personally think “上方”“下方” can be omitted. A "spread" is actually “利差” instead of “价差”. In here, as I understand it, “价差” is some short form of “价差和约”. And this contract is "callable", meaning it has an option of a "call" (call option). On the other side, the Company must buy a "Put Option", so the two contracts can balance out, therefore hedging out the risks and preserving value. This is my understanding. Hope it helps.

"Spread" is used in financial products such as bonds. And this is the "interest" that is offered to the investor. The higher the bond's credit rating, the lower the spread it offers.
Note from asker:
What about“上方”“下方”?What do they mean here? I'm completely clueless as to whether they can be omitted. Do you think "call spread" would work better in this case than "callable CFD"? Thank you and sorry about all these questions. I appreciate your help.
