• Methodology: My C-Level Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Methodology is results-oriented. The very tenets of how I work as a C-Level coach mirrors the very tenets of how all successful organizations public and private operate: (1) Vision, mission and purpose (Thinking Differently & Thinking Big); (2) Creating a Strategy that Leverages The Ministry of Economy & Planning of Saudi Arabia’s Gifts and Addresses Gaps (Each leader creates a targeted Individual Leadership Development Plan); (3) Ensuring that The Ministry of Economy & Planning of Saudi Arabia’s strategy is executed with precision, passion and pride and courage (The Courage to Execute); (4) Being constantly aware of how The Ministry of Economy & Planning of Saudi Arabia is viewed and perceived by everyone (Being Vigilant) and (5) Making adjustments in real-time (Course-Correction). Our partnership and work together will strengthen each of these tenets in the 5 executives I work with and, therefore, I guarantee that the same tenets that define The Ministry of Economy & Planning of Saudi Arabia’s success will also strengthen.
