Well, Martin, it's just another perception. Perceptions depend always on information provided and, above all, attitudes of different people. Some may perceive this practice as "吹毛求疵".

if you don't want to use 相应地 you can also say:

他/她能立刻抓住问题的要点并采取相符的行动。

谢谢你的“立刻抓住问题的要点”。至于“相应地付出行动”或“相应地付诸行动”,我还不很有把握,因为“相应”这个词已被使用得非常浮滥,几乎失去了它原本应有的具体意义,这也是我尝试使用“据以采取行动”来表达的缘故。不过,这样的表达还是不令我自己满意,因此提出来问。等一下下,也许还会有更高明的表达方式。
