Tourisme à Vienne
Bonjour,
Je traduis un article portant sur le toursime à Vienne et je bute sur "Austrian twists". Traduit-on ? Laisse-t-on en anglais ?
Contexte :
"Then brunch at Die Halle, a split-level restaurant once home to the imperial cavalry. These days, it impresses with a massive continental breakfast plus Austrian twists on café stalwarts like wraps and soups."
Mes recherches pourraient être plus fructeuses. Auriez-vous des suggestions ?
Merci beaucoup.

: I think the trouble is, this sort of implies that there might be already-existing Austrian versions of the dishes mentioned; so perhaps not ideal.

A 'twist' in this sense means a variation, an 'angle', etc.
"Ah, the discovery of a body puts a new twsit on things!"
Often 'tournure', but I don't think that would work here.

Thanks, Gilles, for your earlier 'agree', now mysteriously disappeared...

'revisité' is still something of a buzz word in FR cuisine, usefully covering a multitude of sins!
