The full or partial invalidity or ineffectiveness of one clause shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the whole contract nor of that valid and effective part of the clause, unless an interpretation in good faith of the will of the parties shows that the parties would not have signed the contract, nor the clause itself, had they been aware of the cause of invalidity or ineffectiveness they contained.
