En assimilant tous les termes ... depuis shall ... avec leur sens juridique le plus "approprié", je pense que c'est ainsi que je le traduirais. Cela n'apauvrit pas le texte et respecte une forme juridique qui ne prête pas à confusion.
Je mets medium au cas où ma collègue Michèle Voyer trouverait mieux.
