Hyphens As Cyril points out, 'baked-on' and indeed 'multi-coat' would be normal GB usage, but current US EN sadly tends to drop hyphens, leading to a goodly number of KudoZ questions ;-)

neutral Tony M : Agree with Kashew: there's nothing to suggest 'on site', and indeed, that would be pretty unlikely. / In the factory, these must be some kind of cladding panels; it's not a finish painted directly on to the façade.
