English term
anterior and cephalad
English to French
Medical
Medical: Cardiology
La phrase est la suivante: "The heart is removed from the body by cutting the inferior vena cava just above the diaphragm and lifting it by the apex, reflecting it anterior and cephalad facilitating exposure of the pulmonary veins at their pericardial reflection."
La partie qui me pose problème est "reflecting it anterior and cephalad".
