Je pense qu'ici, l'usage est plus important que les dimensions exactes (que l'ont peut mentionner après). Les enveloppes "bar 4" ("baronial 4") sont destinées aux faire-part, invitations, etc.
Si on veut être précis, il faut rajouter "rabat en V" quelque part, puisque c'est ça qui les différencie des enveloppes "A" ("announcement").
