Building in pauses and learning reviews

Many facilitators feel compelled (perhaps because they tend to have Activist preferences) to keep the pressure on throughout a training program. There is a feeling that unless participants are busy doing something each moment, then they are not learning. This is the equivalent of activity traps at work where people rush around keeping busy for the sake of keeping busy.
