Hi - I'm looking for the correct English translation of this which appears in several forms in a court decision in an investor lawsuit as follows:
XXXX gruppen ville på sin side være tjent med et mislighold for å kunne tiltre pantet i aksjene i YYYY AS, og i tillegg motta utbetaling under CDSene.
Interkreditoravtalen var underlagt [country's] rett, og regulerte blant annet prioriteten mellom de ulike konsernselskapenes gjeld og sikkerheter, og prosedyren for tiltredelse av pant.
Kreditorene krevde ikke tiltredelse av pantesikkerheten i aksjene i YYYY AS
