Assuming the 'bomtipp' is somewhere near the pointy end of a boom (such as a spinnaker boom), I guess boom tip should work....

	You're probably right, while the spinnaker boom would make for more dramatic pictures. On the other hand, a defective camera is a very real possibility out there...
