trochę zależy od tego czym pstrągarnia się zajmuje, jeśli hodowlą od początku do końca do gotowych rybek wędzonych czy innych (a tak działa większość znanych mi pstrągarni w Polsce to hatchery zajmujących się hodowlą pstrąga jeśli tylko produkcją (kupują narybek i "pasą')
