Concordo com o Matheus! Nenhuma das outras sugestões me agrada. "Pillow" parece-me mesmo a mais apropriada.

Almofada Pelo pouco que pesquisei, almofada parece ser mesmo uma menção ao formato do aperitivo, pois a receita é semelhante à de um pastel. Tanto é assim que, no link abaixo, ora chamam de "almofada", ora chamam de "pastel":

Sendo uma menção ao formato, também me parece interessante usar "pillows" mesmo. Acho que a Teresa deveria postar a sugestão, para constar no glossário caso seja selecionada.

This looks like an suitable way to express this. It is either exactly the right term, or you could gloss if possible and say something like:
"Almofada (a croquette-like finger roll)"
