Penso que "Stay tuned" está correcto, mas é um termo utilizado mais correntemente em países que utilizam o Inglês Americano.
Se a tradução for destinada maioritariamente a esses países está perfeita, no entanto "stay tuned" está mais relacionado com emissões de rádio onde "tune" pode significar sintonia ou também uma música.
Aliás todo o significado da palavra "tune" está relacionado ou com música ou com afinações mecânicas.
Por isso penso que Keep in touch poderá ser mais adequado pois além de ser um apelo curto (mantenha-se em contacto), chama a atenção da pessoa para verificar regularmente se há novidades sobre o novo produto.

Stay tuned would be correct if the news is going to come out or is being advertised on radio or tv. Thus,stay tuned to this station or channel. In print or another medium it would not fit. In print I would suggest saying further/more news to come.
