Thank you, Ali. I asked a graphics designer friend of mine about this, and 'make' was his response. With regard to design, simple -- 'we design' :)

Not "make". That's a classic "translator's false friend".
The majority of Google hits on "make computer graphics" are on sentences like "make computer graphics xxxxxx", where xxxxx = "a key part...", "more feasible...", etc., etc., etc.

Many professionals often say "We DO computer graphics", analogous to "do Java", "do databases", etc.

"Do" is an informal way to say "practice", "work with", etc. It seems that for your context it may turn out to be the best option.

One problem with "make" is that in the context of software products development, it's a synonym of "manufacture". A company may "make" computer graphics rich PRODUCTS, or tools FOR creating computer graphics. In your source, although I don't know the wider context, it seems that the speaker is a developer talking about his/her work: "делаем профессионально".
