I’m confident to check/correct human translations, though it’s not my preferred thing I have been doing it for more years than I care to admit. So far (as I know), I haven’t been asked to translate, check or correct AI-generated content but the day I do my answer will be the same as to PEMT output…

You'll find many job offers for this kind of tasks here on ProZ, and many have done this in the past years, otherwise LLMs wouldn't work. Those jobs have titles like "Writing Training for an AI Model ". Language professionals ruining their own profession.

AI (earlier MT) is a tool which should be used in Translator's forge shop, not in clean and aromatic PM's office. Wholesale suppliers/outsourcers, forget about it, it's a farmer's tool, never use or follow it directly in other fields (weather forecast, shopping, design, war operation, theft preparation, etc.)
