Hi I posted a question on proz concerning the phrase

شهادة الكفاءة التربوية

on a certificate issued in algeria.
I am happy with the translation of the phrase but I need to know at what level would someone be awarded this certificate.

The translation hints it is a fairly basic qualification but i need this confirming.

the certificate was issued for the Ministry of primary and secondary education.

For this specific certificate I never heard of it ...
But some research on the internet makes me believe that it's the old "certificat d’aptitude pédagogique" or CAP ...
