"- Então o Acordo vai mesmo ser aplicado?
- Foi a «troika»...
- A «troika»?!
- Eh, pá, 'tás a ver, com menos consoantes, menos hífenes, menos acentos, menos maiúsculas... é cá uma poupança em papel e tinta!"
