Если уж зашел разговор за Касперского - пожалуйста:

"падение продукта в процессе обновления сигнатур угроз"

Помнится, лет несколько назад у этой компании были серьезные проблемы с английским интерфейсом, а потом наступило резкое улучшение (такая же ситуация была и на сайте). Похоже, за счет русского.
