Sorry for writing in English (no Russian fonts on my computer): I urgently need help to get acquainted with the proper terminology of mortgage loans in Russian.
It is not a translation job, just some short interpreting, but I have a very faint idea about this subject in Russian. I know about the mortgage business itself, so the site may be entirely in Russian: I only need some clues (such as the official terms for how the parties are called, what types of contract... (this is the text of the 1998 mortgage law (RF). I\'m not sure whether there are later versions of this law or not, but it\'s a good start for terminology) * the site uses KOI8 encoding
