Some things are hard to explain in native languages and marginalized conditions. Nov 22, 2021

Good explanation of actual circumstances of ethnic, and often marginalized minorities. Hard to explain the importance of hand washing if you do not have any water, or polluted water, importance of other methods to foster cleanliness WITHOUT water.
Translation of other things may not be relevant if one does not have a telephone, so one would not do consultation by phone, tele medicine.
